Meet Kaysen; a very soft hearted funny little guy who has had to deal with unimaginable pain, In and out of hospitals and countless tests to come up with no real answers. A month ago, Kaysen woke up crying in the middle of the night about leg pain and the inability to walk. Kaysen was taken to the ER, then Life flighted to Children's Hospital (5 hours from home), where the doctors performed a bone marrow extraction. His marrow was so thick with Leukemia that it was nearly impossible to extract to test.
While glad to have answers finally and trying to stay hopeful for Kaysen's treatments; we are Hoping to return home soon with our five children, ages 9,6,5,3, and 1. Six months ago, we had a terrible house fire. Unfortunate timing, we did not have home insurance, so all rebuilding is coming out of pocket.
So with travel expenses, wanting a safety account build up for Kaysen and unknown for Kaysen’s treatments for the next two half yrs and our home repairs is why I’ve set up this Go Fund Me account. I want to be home together as a family with Kaysen while he fights his fight in love and comfort in a home that is whole and no longer stressful.
Thank you in advance for your love, prayers, and support.
