Kay's final expense fund

My name is Chris and I'm Kay's only son. For many years my mom has battled against numerous health issues and now her ailments are winning the war. In fact, she's been put on hospice and we're hoping we can grant her last wish of spending her final days at home, as there is nothing more her health team can do for her.
Since Kay was in highschool she has been plagued with Crohn's disease, and since it went undiagnosed for so long it played a big part in later complications. Doctors told her she wouldn't be able to bear any children because of the disease but alas! Here I am, and my mom defied her prognosis (as she would many times after this).
As if one life changing disease wasn't enough, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer at 46 years of age. After an operation and many rounds of radiation later they told her she was cancer free. Then there was a 4 1/2 year period where the cancer lay dormant but it came back, with a vengeance this time in the most serious stage (4) stemming from her appendix. It wasn't caught in any prior tests but was discovered during an operation related to her Crohn's. Once again she defied medical odds and beat it but had to go though an emergency surgery and 2 years of chemo.
Due to the effects of all her treatments she was unable to work and was forced to drain savings, her retirement, and liquidate any remaining assets. Nevertheless, cancer came back and metastasized to other parts of her body almost immediately after her last chemo and she again went through a life threatening surgery to treat the evil disease. After the grueling operation, she was told all the cancer was gone. This happened in September of 2015 and it took a year to recover. Fast forward to to today and in the last 2 months her Crohn's has had the biggest flare up ever, she's been attacked by two infections and was rediagnosed with an inoperable, untreatable cancer.
She has such a beautiful spirit and her drive to fight and stay optimistic throughout all of this has been unbelievable. Even though the cancer, Crohn's, internal bleeding, and infections are taking over her body, she still had hope there was a brilliant mind out there who would figure out a way to save her. She's currently lucid, we're not sure how long she has left on this world.
My mom has never led a normal life but she did her best to provide for me. Despite her efforts, I still need help planning her funeral as there is no other insurance or fund that hasn't been depleted for health purposes.
As a 28 year old, I didn't anticipate having to plan for my mom's passing so soon and would appreciate any and all support. Thank you.
