Hi everyone,

As most people are aware, Kayleigh started her cancer journey back in October 2023, after being diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer.

She endured 16 rounds of IV chemo, which the effects were extremely difficult on Kayleigh…. But Kayleigh being Kayleigh, she powered on through.

In the next stage of her journey, Kayleigh had a mastectomy in June 2024, followed by 3 weeks of radiotherapy.

To ensure that the cancer would not return, Kayleigh then had oral chemo for a few more months, only finishing in May of 2025.

However, in the summer of 2025, a scan had shown a new lump in the same side. Scans were undertaken, which confirmed that, devastatingly, the cancer had returned.

Unfortunately, the follow up appointment with her oncologist did not go as we had all hoped, and had infact shown that the cancer had spread to Kayleigh’s spine.

Kayleigh is currently manageable, but devastatingly, no longer curable.

As you can imagine, this has been absolutely devastating to her, her family and her close friends.

The very next day, Kayleigh had another blast of radiotherapy on her spine. Then a week later, she started another chemo called Trovedly, as a first line of chemotherapy treatment, where she will spend 2 weeks on chemo, and then a week off, for the foreseeable.

We hope and pray that this chemo does what it needs to, and will keep things at bay so that she can enjoy her time with her wonderful boys, partner, her family, and friends, all of which she’s extremely close with.

Kayleigh has shown nothing but immense strength, determination, and courage throughout this journey; and she has been nothing short of admirable.

This go fund me has been set up in the hopes of Kayleigh being able to have the freedom to make special memories with her family. Any donation, no matter how small, is extremely, and truly appreciated by Kayleigh, her family, and her friends.
