Kaylee’s Memorial to CH5

As all of you likely know, Kaylee spent the last 2 years of her life living in children’s hospital. Majority of her stay was spent on CH5. While there, she received excellent care by all of the staff. In lieu of flowers, we are asking that you make a donation to CH5 through this platform or to the family directly so we can ensure the money goes to that specific ward and not the hospital in general.
