Kaylee's Lymphoma Treatment

Donation protected
My name is Zoey and after our dog Captain was diagnosed in 2024 with cancer, had his leg amputated, and went through chemotherapy i thought we were in the clear for awhile. But just a few short months after captains last chemo treatment, our other dog Kaylee was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma.

The only treatment is chemotherapy, but it has to be even more aggressive since this isnt something they can cut out. While we have the lesser options of prednisone for comfort or a single drug treatment, the best chance she has is with the CHOP protocol, which is a 25 week, multi-drug chemotherapy. In addition, she has to have a full heart evaluation to ensure she can handle the treatment after being heartworm positive when we adopted her in 2020.

They've quoted us the following:
1445 for her heart evaluation
4060 for vincristine (chop protocol drug)
2235 for cytoxan (chop protocol drug)
3691 for doxorubicin (chop protocol drug)

We are already in debt from Captains treatment and any help we can get would mean the world to us. While the treatment may only get us a little longer with her, even just a few more months of good quality life would give us time to love on her and soak up her presence. Just a few more nights of warmth and stinky breath, more afternoons of her weirdly human farts, more times for her to fully put her entire body on me as if she isnt a 70 lb lady, a few more chances to hold her giant noggin and give her the eye contact she always wants for some reason.

Anything helps. Kaylee thanks you. We thank you. Her array of fur-siblings thank you.
