Hi everyone, I’m attempting to raise money for my sister KayLee so we can help her dog Simon get the medical care that he desperately needs. Simon was diagnosed with a spine disease that he would need surgery for in order to survive. He would need to have a MRI done first to confirm, so that the vet can proceed with the surgery. He also needs medication to keep him comfortable while he is currently in chronic pain. Simon is normally a very fun, energetic, and vocal dog. However, his pain is so acute at the moment that he doesn’t want to eat/drink, walk around, or even stand up anymore. Even the slightest movements are severely hurting him, causing him to cry. If he does not get the care he needs soon, he will need to be put down to prevent any further suffering or low quality of life. We are very much on an urgent timeline so that it hopefully does not have to resort to this, especially since he’s only a 2 year old pup.
