KAYLA’S CYSTIC FIBROSIS JOURNEY

Kayla is 11 years old and so far, her little life has sadly consisted of tears, hospital stays, tubes and needles. She has been awfully brave and understands her condition.

Kayla lives in South Africa and her life saving medication is just too expensive for her parents and family to keep up with.

Her mother recently relocated to France in an effort to gain access to modern medicines but this wasn’t meant to be. Kayla is now back in South Africa and facing life's challenges head on.

This is my plea for help!

I am Heidi, Kayla’s Aunty and I will run 17 miles, which is the equivalent of the distance from Table Mountain in Cape Town to Kayla’s Hospital. This is my way of helping the best I can.
