Hanover Animal Control recently took in 65 dogs in addition to the animals already being housed in their facility.  Kayla Gilbert, a rising senior at Patrick Henry High School, is raising donations to help offset some of the costs of the vet care and the boarding expenses of these dogs.  She is hoping to raise at least $500 to present to Hanover Animal Control on Wednesday June 29th.  She is also accepting toys, food and blankets to deliver to the shelter.  This campaign is part of her International Baccalaureate studies as a summer volunteer project.  Please consider donating to help the dogs in the care of Hanover Animal Control and assisting Kayla in this project.  Each donation no matter how small helps out.  Thank you in advance!
