Help Kayla have RFA in Montreal in Dec 2025

My name is Kayla I am a mom of two little ones and I am never one to ask for help but two years ago I started having symptoms of huge lymph nodes, extreme tiredness, nausea , very bad night sweats, just generally not feeling well with some pain and unable to work fulltime. Family Dr ordered an ultrasound and then a repeat one 6 months later where a mass was found on my thyroid . Since then referrals have been made to specialists with no specialist appointment anywhere in the near future . My neck has since got more swollen and I had sent all my paperwork, labs, scans and lymph node biopsy results to a Dr. in Montreal. My First appointment with him is June 9th at 11 am . This appointment is going to cost 875$ for the initial appointment with a repeat scan , the biopsy could cost up to 400$ and then if he deems I am a good candidate for Radio Frequency Ablation that will cost anywhere from 5,000$-$20,000. Surgery is even more expensive than that. 12 years ago I had to fly to Calgary to have a tumour taken out of my leg and that was a long journey but Dr Mack was incredible and removed 5cm margins to ensure he got everything .
