Kayla and Michael Drake

They are probably going to strangle me for this, but I know that Kayla and Michael are loved by many and that lots of people want to help so this seemed like the best way. They would never ask for help so I’m doing it for them.

Kayla recently suffered a stroke. I don’t know all the medical details of it but I know that she’s been in ICU for a week and Mike has hardly left her side. They are both Bright Star graduates, active members of the Texarkana community, and would give the shirts off their backs to help someone in need. I know that the time off work, medical bills, and even things like eating every meal away from home really add up in situations like this so I thought we might be able to help them offset those costs.

I know it’s Christmas and times are tight for everyone, but even something like a $10 gift will cover a meal and be a big help. If this isn’t a time that you can help financially please take a moment to pray for a full and fast recovery so this precious mom, wife, grandma, and friend to so many will be back on her feet serving others again soon.
