Help Kaydence & Branden Distler and family After a Life-Changing Medical Emergency
Hi, my name is Heather, and I’m fundraising for Branden. His daughter (Kaydence), who recently experienced a devastating medical emergency that has changed here life forever. Branden is not just a friend of ours, but to most a “brother”. A former Marine. As many military families, we stick together and continue to help in times of need.
On October 8, 2025, Kaydence was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition caused by a gun shot wound, long term prognosis is still uncertain. This was completely unexpected, and they are still coming to terms with the physical, emotional, and financial impact of this tragedy.
Since the incident, Kaydence has undergone two surgeries and is currently in ICU beginning her early stages of therapy. Doctors say the road to recovery will be long and uncertain, but we are determined to give Kaydence every chance to heal, adapt, and regain independence.
We are asking for your support to help cover the overwhelming medical and living expenses that insurance doesn’t cover, including:
*Emergency surgery and hospitalization
*Intensive rehabilitation and therapy
*Medical equipment (wheelchair, hospital bed, etc.)
*Home modifications to improve accessibility
*Transportation to and from appointments
*Daily care and support services
The total cost is unexpected at this point, but every dollar truly makes a difference.
Kaydence is young woman of 18, who has barely begin to live her life. Branden (her Dad) has been strong, kind, and resilient — but now they need our help more than ever. Whether you can donate or simply share this campaign, your support means the world to us.
Thank you for standing with Branden & Kaydence during this incredibly difficult time. Your kindness and generosity will help bring comfort, stability, and hope as we navigate this new chapter together.
