Hello, everyone. This is Nikkia, Kayden’s big sister. The money raised from this will be dedicating to Kayden’s funeral expenses, and hopefully an headstone along with some relief for our parents during their time or grieving.
During an event of giving a friend a ride he was unaware of what he’d get caught in the middle of. Kayden was 23 years young. Gone way to soon. This tragic event happened on our mothers birthday which makes it even worse. As a parent, losing a child is the worst thing you could ever imagine. No parent plans to bury their child. They not only stole a special day from her, but they took her one and only son. As a sister, I lost my best friend and the the person who knew me best.
Kayden has not only been a light for his family but for the community. We are hoping to give him the service he deserves. This is a hard time for all who loved and knew Kayden. He was a the only boy in a family full of women, yet he was the baby of us all. He was raised with the best morals and by the strongest women we know. He was a protector, a lover, and cared more than he wanted to show. He leaves behind his mother, father, and two siblings. His favorite things were playing football, video games, and hangout with his friends. All his friends say how “Kayden was the safest person I knew”. Kayden will forever be remembered by his jokes, intellect and clowning on his family and friends.
We know this is a hard time for everyone and will appreciate anything you’re able to donate, prayers for healing, or flowers to his funeral, assistance in planning... Anything. I have high hopes we will exceed this number and will have finances available for a headstone ... Thank you for your time.
