Hey guys, I'm Kayde. Six months ago, I came down with SARS and it damaged a lot. I've been diagnosed with post-viral syndrome. My lungs, heart, and circulation haven't been the same, and it damaged my hearing and eyes pretty badly. I've been home-bound and visiting doctors weekly for half a year and haven't been able to work. Disability doesn't cover situations like mine very easily, as diagnosing a thing that has no biomarkers or provable tests is super difficult. Post-COVID or "long COVID" apparently affects almost a third of people who get it, and I had no clue. Now life is sort of a struggle and things haven't improved too much.

What I'm asking for is help with my monthly bills for the year until I can get either back to work or I can manage to get disability. I hate asking for money, but this has actually been insanely life-changing and debilitating. I'm not sure what else to do. I'd love to come back to make content, but I just can't physically do anything.

Please help me and my family pay rent and bills. Help me make it through this illness.
