Kay Tunnicliff’s celebration of life

Update; Moms ( Kay Tunnicliff ) memorial service will be 1/7/2023 from 10-11am at the Sheldon Kukuchka funeral home in Tunkhannock,Pa.

Our beautiful angel left us at 2:45 pm, today, December 28th.

Hi, my name is Amanda.

My mother, Kay Tunnicliff had a major stroke 2 days before her favorite Holiday, Christmas. Mom was a strong strong women with a huge heart for every living thing. Mom has battled blood pressure and heart issues for many years, but always was more worried about everyone else’s health than her own. Mom was the best loving and devoted person to not just Sevelon, my brother and me but my dad, her husband of 43 years. They did foster care out of kindness and the desire to help other children and to give them love. Mom had a full life and made sure her family had everything we needed. Her and my dad were the perfect team. The picture perfect marriage and same compassion for everything. Mom loved animals and especially loved to donate and help out for animal rescues every chance she got. Moms pride and joy for the last 16 years has been her grandchildren. She would and did anything she could for them. She couldn’t love them enough and made sure they always felt it.

Unfortunately, we have had to make the very difficult decision to not let my mom be in pain any longer.

We are not sure when she is going to go, but we know it’s not long.

We would like to raise enough to give her a nice memorial and to make her last wishes come true.
