Kawika gained his wings Thursday November 19th as he passed peacefully at home in his sleep. To know Kawika was to know his passion for life and in everything he did. Kawika was one of the most talented and entertaining athletes. He was a Son, Brother, Grandson, Uncle, Nephew, Cousin and friend to many. Kawika will be missed deeply.
To accept help is difficult. To ask for help is even more difficult. 2020 has been a hard year for our family as our business has been shut down for 8 months due to the Coronavirus. With that being our only source of income, we were not prepared for the unexpected financial responsibility of a funeral and we are left to humbly ask our friends and family for help to give Kawika a proper send off. Thank you for the outpouring of love that has been shown to our family thus far. We are blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives.
