Katy bug (Kaitlyn Delobel)

This sweet little girl taught us that perfection is often found in the most imperfect places. Born with Canavan disease, Kaitlyn battled everything it threw at her and never lost a fight for 27 years. On the morning of May 18, 2023, she took a quiet, much-needed rest in her parent's arms. Shawn and Tammy Delobel, along with their three other children (Casey, Dyllan, and Michaela), dedicated their lives to giving Kaitlyn a life of love, happiness, and laughs. So, so many laughs. Tammy stayed home from day one, caring for her with a love and determination that was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Kaitlyn spent a substantial amount of time in hospitals and ICUs over the years, and insurance was never her friend. Now with funeral costs, the burden has never been heavier.
