My best friend Katrina Nowell is both inspiring and amazingly strong and resilient. Not only has she battled breast cancer once she is now fighting for a second time and winning!!!!!! the treatment has been effective and has shrunk her tumors by over half so far. 

In order for Katrina`s cancer to not have the chance to return a third time she has made the difficult decision to have a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery which can now be done at the same time. This surgery will cost $20,000 that is with health insurance which is a large sum of money to come up with especially as Katrina has been limited in working over the last 2 years.
