Katrina Perez Memorial Bench at Lake Los Carneros

****MEMORIAL BENCH UPDATE 4/21/21****
Thank you so much to all the generous friends and family members who donated to make Katrina's bench at Lake Los Carneros a reality. We are excited to update you that, as of last week, we now have a bench at the following coordinates:
34°26'31.6"N
119°50'46.8"W
(Tip: Pull up google maps and copy and paste in the coordinates above)
We are still waiting on the memorial plaque which should be added to the bench sometime in the next 6 weeks. The plaque will read as follows:

Go visit the bench when you get a chance and enjoy a quiet moment in a beautiful sunny location. Continue to spread love to those around you in honor of Katrina.
We are pleased that the rest of the donations above the cost of the bench will be donated to Trinity Episcopal Church in Santa Barbara, CA in memory of Katrina.

This last week we lost Katrina - dear wife, mother, and friend to Metastatic Breast Cancer. She was just shy of celebrating her 60th birthday.
For those of you that would like to make a donation in her name, we would like to honor her memory in the form of a Commemorative Bench at Lake Los Carneros. All proceeds beyond the costs to make this happen will be donated to Trinity Episcopal Church.

Katrina loved to walk around Lake Los Carneros' numerous paths and marvel at the flora and fauna. The view of the Santa Ynez Mountain Range was one of her favorites while on those walks. This was her daily routine rain or shine.
