The not the so average day in life of kae.

Hey everyone hope all is well with you and your families. Not many of y’all know or even been told but I have been fighting a chronic illness for the last 10 years called Crohn’s Disease.
Before I start I want to give a little background on what Crohn’s disease is; It is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic disease that causes inflammation in your digestive tract. It can affect any part of your digestive tract, which runs from your mouth to your anus. But it usually affects your small intestine and the beginning of your large intestine. The true cause of crohns is unknowns still at this time. Researchers think that an autoimmune reaction may be one cause. An autoimmune reaction happens when your immune system attacks healthy cells in your body. Genetics may also play a role, since Crohn's disease can run in families.
These last three weeks I have been in the hospital for my Crohn’s disease; I had to have emergency surgery that was life or death on Wednesday January 25th. They removed my sigmoid colon which is the S shape section of the colon that connects to the rectum. I now have a colostomy bag. A colostomy is an opening in the large intestine, or the surgical procedure that creates one. The opening is formed by drawing the healthy end of the colon through an incision in the anterior abdominal wall and suturing it into place. I have an incision from the bottom of my belly button to the top of my pelvis. I had two j tubes that helped remove any infection in the area. I just recently got the two j tube drains removed on my right pelvis area, An had on placed right through my left butt cheek into the top of my tail bone.
Because of all this I have no idea how long I will be out of work and I don’t usually ask for help but anything helps at this point. All proceeds will go towards paying my bills such as rent electricity, food, dog food, my medical expenses and just essentials. I’m hoping this would be temporary for me I really don’t want to lose my home. We are taking it day by day keeping our faith in God and praising him for each day that we get. Anything helps even prayers.
