Medical expenses for Des and Katlyn

Desmond Padraic Sams was born September 1, 2016 at 18 weeks gestation. Loved fiercly by his mother, Katlyn Conroy, and father, Tony Sams. He did not survive once born, but only experienced love while his heart was beating. This is a fund so that medical and funeral costs incurred by Katlyn and Desmond may be covered.
