Katie’s Life with Cancer
Donation protected
My daughter Katie Dixon was diagnosed with incurable brain cancer (Glioblastoma Grade 4) in March of 2018. She had a brain tumor removed and is now taking chemo and radiation treatments to hopefully prolong her life longer than the prognosis given of 9-12 months. She had to leave her job at Home Depot in Minneapolis to move home to be near family during cancer treatments and her savings are quickly depleting. Any amount of donations would be appreciated to help with her living expenses until she can work again or can get on disability. She has two children and one grandson. Our goal is for her to be able spend as much time as possible with them. Her daughter and grandson live out of state so it would be her dream to go visit them once treatment is over. She has an unstoppable positive attitude and finds joy in every day. Thanks to our AWESOME family and friends for being there for all of us during this time.
