For those of you who know me, you know that I've suffered from severe arthritis pain since I was 15 years old. This disease has taken over my life, and new joints every year. Over the last 3 years, my left hip joint has been severely impacted and now on December 29th, at 28 years old, I will be doing a full hip replacement in hopes that this will help with the pain, and loss of mobility caused from the arthritis. I am so so excited for this new chapter in my life, but of course the medical bills will be coming with that new chapter.
The entire surgery will cost $1,850, hoping that all goes well and there are no other unexpected complications. This surgery will also put me out of work for a few weeks, and money will be tight. I'm not usually one to ask for help, but this is the one time I need it more than anything.
