Hello,

For those of you who don’t know, I will be running the TCS London Marathon for Mind on Sunday the 21st April 2024.

After a particularly difficult period where I was struggling on a daily basis with anxiety that affected both my personal and professional life, I sought help from Mind.

Suffering with a condition that isn’t visible can make you feel really alone and charities like Mind play a vital part in validating and supporting people who suffer silently. Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health issue.

I’m definitely not a natural runner but I hope some good can come out of me pushing myself to do the marathon, and I’m excited to see how this benefits me both physically and mentally.

I would be so grateful for even the smallest donation to help support Mind in ensuring no one faces a mental health problem alone.
