Help Paralized Pittie Katie Sue Walk Again
Donation protected
Hi Everyone! Meet Katie Sue, "the most photogenic pit I've ever met"!
I had the blessing of meeting this Pitti girl back in 2013, and thanks to her, I also found a best friend in her human mom, Kenia.
Since the day we met, Kenia told me Katie's Sue story, how she ended up fostering Katie Sue who was abandoned and neglected, how she brought her back to health after a severe case of Mange, and how THEY BECAME INSEPARABLE after that.

Today, Katie Sue and her Human Mom need help. So here I am.
Thursday, May 30th, 2019, Katie Sue woke up not being able to move her back legs. Kenia got really scared and worried, and they rush her to the vet, and that's when I received Kenia's call in tears about the poor Katie Sue. She was paralyzed from her back legs and couldn't stand on her own. Front legs were not responding either. She was referred to an emergency neurologist, where I met her, and they gave us the devastating news. Katie needed urgent spinal surgery to try and fix two ruptured discs, and after that, physical therapy to help her walk again.
I broke in tears as well. I have seen the joy of these two together, and to think that Katie Sue will be paralyzed broke my heart.

The deposit to operate Katie Sue was already $7000, and they still need to help her with physical therapy, and God knows what else.
Kenia is a great person, a selfless friend who has given back many many hours of her time helping me photograph homeless dogs, going to Shelters and has also donated money every time she could to help sick dogs.
And Katie Sue is just 7 years young and full of life!! We know she still has a long ride on her, but she is a tough cookie, just like her Human Mom!
I know she will fight hard to overcome this, but she needs us now.
I really appreciate your help and support in helping my favorites K's! (Kenia&KatieSue).
$5 bucks is the minimum that Go Fund Me requires, and ANY AMOUNT helps.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
All my LOVE, as always!
Paola
