Katy Spear and Family Recover From Car Accident

On December 28, 2022, Katie Spear, her fiance, his sister, and their two children were involved in a major accident headed back home from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Their vehicle flipped, and several injuries occurred. Tony, Katie's fiance, suffered a major concussion in addition to the cuts, bruises, etc. that come from car accidents. Their youngest child, Julia (1 yo), had pins placed in her arm as well as a broken ankle. Their son, Tony, had cuts and bruises from glass. Katie was rushed to the hospital for her injuries and has been sedated in the ICU for several days. She had her spleen removed, part of her liver, surgery on her hip, and surgery to remove swelling from her brain. She is now also being treated for pneumonia in the ICU. With two small children, multiple hospital bills, and several other life circumstances, the Spear family could use our help to financially lessen the burden from this.

I started this GoFundMe with the help of my friend, Robin Miller, to help our co-worker and friend, Lee Spear. This is her granddaughter, and we know that this financial burden will be extensive.
