We run.....for Katie, an absolute legend with a heart of glitter, a wicked sense of humour and one of the most beautiful and down to earth humans on this planet.

Just over two years ago, our beautiful friends world was turned upside down – she was diagnosed with cancer that started in her nose and then spread to her lungs. Her diagnosis being terminal, with doctors giving her 6 mouths.

After 10 surgeries losing her nose and part of her eye, she's hit the max limit of radiotherapy that the UK can offer, her cancer's still putting up a fight.

A treatment in Frankfurt, Germany is giving Katie a chance to be with her little girl and family longer.

She has been going here now for 11 months however, each trip is costing her about £5,000 and funds are running low.

We've decided to run Liverpool's Half Marathon on March 17th. It's our way of standing with Katie, showing her she's not in this fight alone.

We need your support so Katie can have more time with her daughter and her family for as long as possible.
