My name is Kathy Rowland. I am 71 years old and on Social Security/Disability. I have gotten behind on my Homeowner Association dues because of chronic illness and a cut in my insurance benefits with United Healthcare. I have lost three very important health benefits, costing me $250 a month that was not in my budget. The Homeowner's Association has sued me, and I was just served a summons to Civil Court on March 10, 2025. To avoid going to court and paying court costs, I am asking for your assistance.
