I am one of Chelsea’s best friends and I hope
that you guys could help me . On December 8,2020 Kathleen Philbin lost her battle with
cancer . Kathy was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met . She always welcomed me with 
opens arms and let me know that I had a 
second home . I will always remember her
smile the most because it could brighten 
anyones day .  Now in her passing , we’re 
hoping to lighten the financial burden for her 
family . Any kind of donation will greatly be
