Hi my name is Kathy Cox and my husband and I were in a horrible accident back in 2023 September 19th to be exact. But my husband and I were traveling south bound on 231 and stopped for a school bus there at Davies Rd and 231 North bound and a 18 wheeler rear-ended us at 75 miles per hour and never hit his brakes and never looked up was caught on video texting and driving. Well after the shock wore off 24 to 48 hrs later I woke up in extreme pain like I've never felt before. My husband rushed me to the hospital only to find out that I had 5 herniated disc in my lower back and a dislocated sacrilliac joint. I've done had back surgery on July 2nd of 2025. But now I have to go to Jacksonville Florida to the Mayo clinic to get help with the repairs on my sacrilliac joint and I need a little help with getting back and forth to Jacksonville Florida for my doctor's appointments please and thanks again for everything you are.
