My sister Kathy has bad cataracts on both eyes with one being a "Black" cataract.  I had never heard of a "Black" cataracts before and did some research.  Unfortunately if it is not corrected it can lead to permanent blindness.  
At this time she can only see a couple inches in that eye making it extremely hard for her to see in order to work.  
Due to the high cost of health insurance, she can not afford to obtain insurance, and does not qualify for any assistance.    

Well my mother found a good doctor here in in the local area that will reduce the cost by almost 50% for surgery since she does not have insurance.  So our mission is to try to raise enough money to help us pay for it.

Being humble and always trying to help others has made it hard to ask for help.  So trying to swallow our pride and ask for the help to save my sister's eyesight before it is too late.    As soon as we can meet our goal we can get her home to have her surgery.  If you can help out by donating to the fund, it would be a huge blessing .

Total Goal Breakdown of approximately $6000 in costs:
$350 initial evaluation
$2500 for the left eye
$2500 for the right eye
$100 travel costs
$500 time off from work
