Kathy Wilfinger-Kress Family Support Fund

My mother, Kathy, has been an empathetic and positive force on this planet. I don't know of anyone who considers others more selflessly than her. I don't know where I would be without her influence in my life.

Tragically, she has been affected by a severe stroke at the young age of 52 and is going to be needing constant care for the remainder of her life. She is non-communicative with extremely limited motor control on the side that still has muscle control. It is going to be a long process of recovery.

Her husband, Branden, is bravely taking on a caregiver role for her elderly mother, Susan; his beautiful wife, Kathy; and for their shared child, Amber.

Unfortunately, Branden's job was barely making ends meet, and he was recently presented with an unpaid furlough for the holiday season.

I am going to be doing everything that I can to support my family financially, but I am asking for your help and direct support to navigate this transition in our lives.

Our primary goal represents the two months that they are already behind on the mortgage, $3600. This would be the most efficient way to provide security and stability to them during this emergency.

Anything beyond this would be contributed to the electric bill, which is nearing shutoff, to fill the gas tank for the winter, to provide the funds required to traverse the pass daily in order to visit the hospital, and everything else required.

I thank you for having my mother and her family in your heart. She cared very deeply for all of you. Anything that you are able to contribute is greatly appreciated by all of us.
