Kathy Wagner cancer deductible

My sister, Kathy Wagner, the pic on the left, was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic lung cancer in May 2018.  She was given initial diagnosis 9-12 months.  It is not in her lungs, it has consumed the lymph nodes throughout her body.  She paid $9600 out of pocket, deductible, etc. in 2018 and again $9600 in 2019.  She no longer has $ to cover the out of pocket, deductible, etc.  She has exceeded the life expectations and her wallet.   She has done all she can to minimize living expenses and has no funds left for insurance deductible as she is living on Disability.  She still has to pay $202.23 per month out of her disability to keep her insurance intact in addition to the $9600 deductible.  I am asking for help for my sister.  She is very proud of herself for doing this for almost two years with no financial help from anyone... but now, she needs help.
