Please help us give our beautiful Kathy Sue Foxworth a celebration of life.

Kathy Sue passed peacefully February 5th, 2023 at the age of 58 years old. She is survived by her daughter Diana M. Foxworth and husband Mack “Max” Foxworth.

The Foxworth family needs additional help with Kathy Sues funeral needs, as Kathy Sue had extended care at the end of her life and she did not have life insurance or funeral expenses set aside due to her extensive care needs.

Kathy Sue suffered with early onset dementia. Diana is her only child and solely responsible for her financially. Kathy Sue was on social security but that didn't pay very much at all. Mack quit working to take care of Kathy Sue full time. She was transferred to a home when her care became more than what the family could do and skilled nursing was needed.

“She was a homemaker whole life and always put me first. She would move mountains to give me a proper send off and I want to do that for her.” says Diana
