Hi, I’m Kathy (Seiber) Gassaway’s cousin. Kathy passed away on April 16th. Kathy’s final wish was to be cremated and her ashes laid to rest with her late husband, Leonard. Her close family has been unable to come up with enough money to cremate her. Kathy deserves this last wish and dignity in death.

I’m asking you, her extended family and friends, to help make this happen for Kathy. The funeral home will only be able to keep her until May 14th and then the county will take possession of her remains and dispose of them. It breaks my heart to think that she could be treated in this manner. If each of us that loved and cared for Kathy and were touched by her humor and love, could give even a small amount in donation, she could be shown the dignity that we all deserve.

Every dollar you give will be used to help get her out of this situation . We need to raise $2000. If we should happen to get more than that amount, I promise it will go to a charity that helps others be buried with dignity.
