I'm still in shock. During a food give away event at our church tonight (The Free Market), someone stole Kathy's car! It was literally parked feet away and no one saw. Im so heart broken for Kathy. She works incredibly hard and is so sacrificial.  She is such a prayer warrior and encourages everyone around her. This woman works 3 partime jobs! She's the hardest working person I know and the integrity she has is inspiring.  I've never met anyone like her. Proudest Jesus lover, proudest mom, proudest grandma. She said tonight through tears "we must pray for the person who stole it". I was like "heck no! That person is...". I'm not going to repeat it but we prayed and we prayed for that person's salvation, our unbelief and forgiveness. If you know Kathy, you know how beautiful her heart is. Tonight I prayed boldly, I prayed God had a better car waiting for her. The car that was stolen was an older Honda that didn't always behave. I don't know why these things happen to good people like Kathy but I know God can turn these situations into gold mines. And we give Him all the glory. I'm not hopeful they will find the car but I'm hopeful God's got a better one instore!
