Kathy Penree

There have been many stories shared about how Kathy Penree has been a shining light for so many and has touched the lives of others in a special way. On Sept. 30th, Kathy suffered a heart attack and was in stable condition in Cooperstown, NY. Unexpectedly, another medical emergency then occurred. Kathy suffered a severe brain bleed and was transported to Albany Medical where she had emergency brain surgery. The Penree family was advised to prepare for the difficult task of what comes next after Kathy’s significant medical trauma. Kathy continues to fight in the Neuro ICU in Albany, NY in a coma. Jennifer, Aiden, and Bill continue to be by her side during this difficult time.

The path the Penree family finds themselves on is one of uncertainty and difficulty. The money will be used to help with the extremely high cost of the care Kathy is receiving due to her severe medical situation and all that is required to help her in her greatest need. Kathy has always been the first person to help anyone, and for the first time ever, she needs our help. We ask for your continued love, support, thoughts, and prayers during this most difficult time.
