Kathy has unfortunately suffered a dense stroke. Her current state is not great; she has a difficult time making her needs known, eating, and sitting up on the side of the bed. She sleeps quite a bit. However she is receptive, smiling, nodding, and occasionally gives glimpses of her quick whit and sense of humor when poking at her daughters blemishes. The goal is simple, to help the Mould's with expensive medical bills during her extensive and demanding rehab. (Courtney, her daughter, is continuing to receive rehab as well from a TBI in 2014). For those of you who don't know Kathy she is sassy, sarcastic, blunt, and is always smiling and laughing.
