Kathy was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer a year and a half ago. She has had several surgery’s and has been on continued chemo from the beginning and she finished her radiation with a lot of side effects.  She wanted to be with her only son and daughter for the holidays so she went south to Kentucky and the dr down there would not accept her N.Y. insurance so she was ready to head back and what we thought was our worst nightmare happened, she couldn’t breath and was delirious. She was taken to a hospital in Kentucky when she was unresponsive with a high fever.  After a few days she stableized and they told her they could keep her comfortable for a few days , but they found her a better hospital and flew her to Tenesee where my nephew met her. They gave her antibiotics as they found an infection in her blood. But she couldn’t stay there with no insurance so she went home with my nephew until she could take the ride back to get her treatments straightened around again. In NY. 

She made the ride back to NY had an appt with her Dr. the next day only to find out there was nothing more they could do as the infection is in her blood and there is no more treatments except to keep her comfortable and possibly call hospice. 

Kathy was in her glory down south with her grandchildren and got pulled away from them because of her insurance and now she is here only with her husband and my sister, mother and I and she is very lonely and very sick. 

If if you can give any thing possible so she could have a nice service so her friends and family could pay their respects and her family could get closure. 

We don’t  Know how long she has but want her to be relaxed and feel loved.
