Kathy Green's Medical Transport Home

Hello, we are hoping to help my grandma Kathy pay for medical transport from Colorado back home to Missouri. She fell and sustained a few injuries while traveling to Colorado, and she is VERY ready to get back home, where she'll continue with physical therapy. In her current condition, she won't be able to handle a 14 hour car ride or a standard plane ride, so medical transport is required, and costs $21,000.
