My name is Brandi Stanford and Kathy and I have been friends for approximately 13 years. I have set up this GoFundMe on behalf of Kathy Brown. She is known for being a wife, mom, Mimi, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Her loving spirit and infectious personality have inspired so many people. Now is our time to return the blessing.

Kathy recently suffered the loss of her soulmate (and husband of 37 years) while raising her grandson and working full time. Kathy has managed this adversity with grace, while maintaining her genuine kindness and humble spirit.

Now Kathy confronts another challenge: she has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. While saddened by this news, we maintain faith in Kathy's strength to win this next battle in life. However, this also brings its own financial burden.

This account has been established for those who wish to provide Kathy with much needed emotional and financial support.  Kathy has spent her entire life enriching and supporting the lives of those around her.  This is an opportunity to show our support to her.
