Kathryn’s New Smile

Hello, my name is David and I am fundraising for my daughter Kathryn. My daughter was born with a condition called Ectodermal Dysplasia (ED). ED is a condition that impacts over 200,000 people in the US alone. Kathryn was born with only a pinkie on her right hand and two fingers on her left hand as well as significant jaw alignment issues and no adult teeth. Kathryn, who is currently in college, needs 5 dental implants placed in her lower jaw. The implants and the surgery are not covered by insurance. The funds raised will cover the cost of the dental implants and the hospital charges for the operating room and anesthesia. I am Kathryn’s father and I was also born with ED. Kathryn is an amazing young lady, who will benefit in so many ways from this surgery. Not only will she be able to eat comfortably but she will no longer have to hide her smile.
