Kathleen’s celebration of life.

Im really not someone to ever ask for help, and I know that just about everyone knows that, but I also know a lot of people care about my mom and I. She took everyone in as her own. She was literally everyone’s mom. I don’t think I ever even heard her introduce herself as anything else. It was always “hi pumpkin, I’m mom!” Anything of hers, was yours too. She had everything. She even had a mary poppins bag that I swear she would pull a ladder out of it if you needed it. She was magic. People always asked me if I was bad at sharing since I was an only child, but I never was. It’s because I grew up watching my mom share everything. She never thought twice about saying yes to helping me on my crazy endeavors to help a friend with whatever they need. I don’t have many answers yet, to what’s happening, what happened, or what’s going to happen. My mom didn’t have a will so I have to jump through some extra hoops to take ownership of her assets. It’s going to be a long process for me, my family, my moms boyfriend. We have a lot ahead of us still. I also just want to say thank you to the HUGE amount of people that have reached out to us / checked on us / offered anything for help, it is so so greatly appreciated. It warms my heart to see how many people truly adored and loved her. We all know how much my mom and I both took care of each other, and I’m going to have some pretty crazy expenses for her cremation, and bills that will come in. For everyone asking how to help or wanting to help with things, this would probably be best to help me make this process more smooth. I don’t even know how much all this stuff costs.
