Kathleen and Daniel's Funeral

My name is Logan Adams and I am the Granddaughter of Kathleen and the Niece of Daniel. We got a call to come into the hospital because they didn't know how much time Daniel had left. On the way to the hospital, my Nana was devastated by the news of his condition and they had to pull over and call the ambulance to get her. When she got to the hospital, she wasn't breathing. They did everything they could to revive her, but it was too late. She died of Broken Heart Syndrome. So now, unexpedtedly, we aren't having to plan one funeral, but two. They were both on disability and had no money or shiny nice things, but they were two of the most amazing people in this world.
