Kathleen needs our help - she lost everything in the Camp Fire that raged through Paradise California on November 8th, destroying the town and taking many lives. We are grateful that Kathleen is OK, but we know she will need a lot of support to get through the coming winter - in addition to losing her home, she is unlikely to be able to work, since her therapy practice was located in Paradise as well.

She has been a dear friend, confidant, and companion to many, and our hearts are hurting for her.  As her friends, we all know that Kathleen has always been the first to show up if any of us needed anything, and she threw herself into whatever needed to be done with a wealth of energy and heart. It's time for us to step up for her now.

It is still very early and the shock is still wearing off - we are unsure at this point exactly what Kathleen will need, but as the smoke clears and the situation in Paradise reveals itself, we're sure she will appreciate anything we can do for her.

Please contribute whatever you can . . . we'll be in touch again as Kathleen's situation becomes clearer. Right now we just want to make sure she can meet her immediate needs. If possible we'd like to be able to meet our goal by Thanksgiving, so we can all have something to be truly grateful for.
