Donation protected
*THIS FUNDRAISER WAS CREATED ON BEHALF OF HEATHER GRIES BY BRITTANY SMITH*
On January 26th, 2020 Kathleen Joyce Clinton-Gries, Mother to Brandon Gries and Heather Gries Passed suddenly at the age of 56.
Her son Brandon preceded her in death, passing suddenly in May 2014 at the young age of 25. Kathleen was a mother and a sister who was loved dearly. Kathleen was the type of person who could say "hi" to a stranger on the street and have them over for dinner the next night, even if she didn't have much to give, on her best days she was generous and kind. Kathleen found comfort in knowing her children loved her. Kathleen had a hard life, she was sick and struggled like any other person in this world... but above all else she was a mother, a sister, a friend and a human being.
While we are grateful Kathleen is no longer in pain, we now face the challenge of laying her to rest. Costs of her funeral have fallen entirely on her daughter Heather and Sister Nancy who recently had to bury her father in 2017.
Any donation will help the grieving family with funeral and memorial services. The family only wishes to have Kathleen cremated and to bring her home to New Jersey to be at peace and laid to rest with her parents, Louis and Helen.
