I’m am hoping to raise money to benefit St. Oswald's Hospice ltd.
In may 2025 as a family we received the most devastating news that my mother in law, Kath Adams had stage 4 Ovarian Cancer, as you can imagine this came as a huge shock to Kath and all of us as a family, as Kath has always been very fit and well.
Kath is an incredible and well loved Mother, grandmother, mother in law, sister, partner, auntie, and friend. Kaths journey started with a plan to have chemo to try and reduce the cancer however Kath ended up very poorly shortly after her first round of chemotherapy and had to have a life saving operation at the end of June, this has been a very hard operation to recover from… as a family when Kath was offered to be cared for at St Oswalds we were ever so greatful that Kath was offered this opportunity to receive the most amazing care at the Hospice, the staff have made Kath feel so welcome and the care is second to non with Kaths comfort and best wishes is top priority of every member of staff. Kath explains her time so far at the hospice as home from home…. With so much love and care from all.
As a thank you to the hospice and the staff for the care they are providing Kath I would love to raise money for the hospice as this is charity ran hospice.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
