In Loving Memory of Katherine Jean Surbaugh

Hi, my name is Katie Surbaugh, daughter of Katherine Jean Surbaugh. My father and I are setting up a GoFundMe to raise money to offset costs of the funeral/cremation services and my mom's medical bills. Many of you know, my mama passed away on April 2nd due to small cell carcinoma. She was diagnosed in September 2023 and put up a good fight, but the cancer was already stage 4 and too aggressive.
