Katherine Gosselin

Hello everyone,

On January 22 our beloved angel and my fiancée Katherine Gosselin was driving home from work when she experienced a medical emergency related to her pregnancy. She made the very quick and brilliant decision to pull into a fire station to ask for help. They immediately rushed her to St Boniface hospital where she quickly regressed further. Sadly there was nothing the doctors could do to save our Katherine.

Katherines heroic and brilliant decision to pull into the fire station bought the medical staff enough time to save our baby and miraculously they were able deliver our son on January 23rd at 1:03 am. Katherine was prounced deceased later that day at 3:18 pm.

Frederick Kat Bouvier was born 1 lb 4oz. He is very premature and has a long road ahead of him but he is strong and feisty. If you are in a financial position to make a donation my family would be eternally grateful. All proceeds will be going towards paying for Katherine’s funeral and supporting our son through the unfathomable challenges he will face.

We are still in the process of planning the funeral, an update will be made when everything is finalized

Lastly I wanted to thank all of the staff at St. Boniface Hospital for the wonderful care that was provided to Katherine, my son, and our families. You all treated Katherine like she was part of your own family and we’re all so appreciative.
