Kate's vet tech externship

My name is Kate. I've worked as a veterinary assistant for 10+ years. I'm now working towards becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) through Penn Foster College. As part of my schooling, I will have an externship where I can practice the hands-on skills I've learned throughout my program. This externship requires experience with all different types of animals, including horses, cows, goats, and birds. To accomplish these tasks, I would like to attend a special program at a farm in Virginia that offers experience with all of these farm animals over one weekend. Your donation will help fund the costs of the farm program, travel, and lodging.
