Well, here we are, my name is Kate and I have fought cancer 4 times, three of those four, I won….then came HGSOC ovarian in 2010 (BRCA Gene) I went 10 years clear, and metastasis struck in ingunal node on the left iliac fossae. I managed to carry on for another 5 years with failing health. The bottom line is my death is getting closer as each day passes.

I have just been informed that I can be buried instead of cremated.

I was dreading being cremated! The thought of it frightened me, I wanted to go back to nature, to Mother Earth as intended….somewhere my loved ones, and enemies too, could find me. A place they could sit and just be…..literally at the top of the village looking out over Bradfield and Loxley Valleys, a place I rode my horses regularly, walked my springers and knew well.

Well, here comes the please can you help me bit, I have been given a figure of £3,500 to raise to help pay for this.

Now seeing as I am terminally ill with Stage 4 metastatic HGSOC and foghting to claw back a little bit of time (Abraxane is brutal!) I don’t actually know how long I have left.

I am going to ask for a little help from my friends to do this, if you can donate, that would be amazing and I would be soo grateful.
